Some common problems that family therapy can address:

  • Past hurts that have never healed

  • Disconnection - either emotional distance or a no contact situation

  • Fights that seem to go nowhere

  • Difficulty parenting a teen - they won’t listen or do what you ask or have a terrible attitude

  • Teach you how to talk about disagreements without yelling at each other

  • Negotiate in a way that leads to you getting more of what you want

  • Get past old conflicts that keep coming up, over and over and over

  • Learn how to either 1. make the drama stop, or 2. remove yourself from the drama
